Ascension Session – $90
This includes chiropractic bodywork, intention, intuition, introspective coaching questions, emotional messages (and translation) and spiritual guidance with a series of 9-10 system based (such as hormone balance, inflammatory and neurological) essential oils. The setting is warm, massage-like and divinely guided.

Recovery Coaching – $90
Everyone is recovering from something. This coaching session is unique as we utilize supportive restorative yoga postures to receive the body, mind, emotions and soul messages and insights that are not found in traditional recovery or mind-based only coaching methods.
